Driving instructor

More specifically, the instructor will have to:
• Teach students how to drive a car.
• Prepare lessons and plan routes for on-road sessions.
• Give students feedback, on-road driving exercises and ensure a follow up during the next on-road session.
• Perform and complete the required formative evaluations.

Training and requirements
• High School Diploma or any relevant work experience.
• Hold a class 5 driver’s licence valid in Quebec for at least 2 years
• Have less than 4 demerit points on your license (class 5)

Motorcycle Driving Instructor

More specifically, the motorcycle driving instructor will have to:
• Help students develop good skills on a closed track.
• Transfer the knowledge acquired on a closed track to on-road riding.
• Encourage students to ride in a safe, cooperative, and responsible manner.
• Ensure continuous quality training with the proper transmission of theory lessons to be applied during on-road sessions.
• Pass on your passion for riding a motorcycle.

Training and requirements
• High School Diploma or any relevant work experience.
• Hold a class 6A driver’s licence valid in Quebec for at least 2 years and have less than 4 demerit points.

Customer service agent

Specifically, the customer service agent will have to:
• Greet and advise customers and answer their questions.
• Provide information on prices, payment options and course schedules.
• Promote our products and services. • Schedule customers’ courses.
• Receive payments and make bank deposits.
• Manage and file customers’ records.

Training and requirements
• Have a High School Diploma or DEP in Sales
• Hold a driver’s licence • Able to work with Microsoft Office suite
• Sales technique skills an asset
• Bilingual an asset
